UNION, NJ – June 23, 2004 — Crescent/Stonco, a Philips group brand and a leading manufacturer of lighting products for both the industrial and commercial markets, has just announced their contractor-friendly FloodPak website, www.FloodPak.com, which features a variety of high-quality images and lighting applications, as well as the capability to download photometrics, installation instructions and mounting templates.

FloodPak, a versatile outdoor lighting fixture that can be rotated at different angles to distribute light six different ways including flood, indirect/accent and forward throw, is outlined in detail on the easy-to-navigate website, offering contractors in-depth images and information about the fixture as well as the ability to download photometrics, brochures and specification sheets.

Several application photos offer website users the various lighting scenarios in which FloodPak can be used: site, facade and indirect lighting, cutoff, forward throw and surface mount. Each photo also contains information about compliance requirements (cutoff, for example, complies with local Dark Sky requirements), and installation methods and accessories.

“The www.FloodPak.com website allows users to conveniently view the fixture up-close and better understand all of its design and performance features and benefits,” says Phil Henry, director of marketing and product development, Crescent/Stonco. “The site offers the convenience of downloading photometrics, color brochures and spec sheets. Additionally, there are cut-away product views that show everything from hands-free and through-wall wiring mounting capabilities to vandal-resistant construction and triple-finger seals, providing contractors with the full scope of lighting possibilities.”

The FloodPak meets IESNA cut-off requirements. It is UL wet-location listed for above and below horizontal aiming and is complete with a UL-approved mounting box. The FloodPak uses a precision die-formed, multi-faceted reflector system, is fully gasketed and is available in three sizes ranging from 35-400 watt high-pressure sodium and 50-400 watt metal halide.
